Robert E. Tucker began his career in financial services in 1972 and incorporated his practice in 1983 at which time he registered its name, Professional Financial Services, Inc. (PFS, Inc.), with the states of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
PFS, Inc. filed to be a Registered Investment Advisor in 1987 in all three jurisdictions and it offers a full complement of financial, estate and business planning services including Investment Portfolios through professional 3rd Party Money Managers. PFS, Inc. is also licensed to sell insurance products in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.

Bob Tucker has a foundation of experience in the financial services business. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Bob expanded his education to the fields of finance and insurance and earned the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant degrees from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
A well-known and respected leader in the financial services community, Mr. Tucker is a member of:

Mr. Tucker has held many leadership roles in professional associations including tenures as a National Trustee of both the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Life Underwriter Training Council.
He is a noted speaker and contributing author on a range of topics, including charitable giving, estate planning, wealth accumulation, portfolio design, and insurance planning.
Robert E. Tucker is also an independent Registered Representative of Grove Point Investments, LLC. He holds FINRA Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 registrations and is licensed to sell securities in D.C., CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, MD, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, and WV. He is a resident of the state of VA.
Robert E. Tucker is licensed to sell life, health, and annuity insurance products in DC, FL, ID, MD, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, and WV.
As a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Mr. Tucker qualified for Top of the Table in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 and Mr. Tucker qualified for Court of the Table in 2000, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 placing him in the top 5% of insurance agents in the United States. In addition, he has been a qualifier for the Top Producer Group within his Broker-Dealer placing him in the top 15% of Grove Point Financial, LLC's registered representatives.
Mr. Tucker has created a unique seminar on Social Security Benefits and Comprehensive Financial Planning, which has been presented to a number of businesses and individual groups.
Dana Faye West, Office Manager & Senior Executive Assistant
Faye West is the Office Manager and Sr. Executive Assistant for Professional Financial Services, Inc. She joined the company in May 2006.
Faye obtained her Securities License and is a Registered Representative with Grove Point Investments , LLC. She handles the processing, tracking, and record-keeping for all investment accounts and is authorized to interact with clients regarding their existing securities accounts.
